The Management of ERGUITRANS defines, establishes, and develops its Quality and Environmental Policy in close accordance with the general policy of the company and takes the necessary measures to ensure that it is well defined, established, disseminated, understood, implemented, and updated. To this end, it approaches the Quality and Environmental Management System as a way of organizing its business life, basing it on fundamental pillars such as the quality of its services and processes, the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System, and the satisfaction of the client and other interested parties, as well as greater proactivity towards caring for the environment around us.
Therefore, the purpose that the Management of ERGUITRANS pursues with its Quality and Environmental Policy is to maintain the firm and unwavering commitment to offer the highest quality in its services and respect for the environment.
The Quality and Environmental Policy of ERGUITRANS is based on the following pillars:
